1.PRODUCT INFORMATION
DmcAdh 1002 is a two-component polyurethane adhesive without solvent. A/B components cures to form A kind of hard and elastic material,through chemical reaction and the volume has no obvious change before and after curing, A/B component mixture ratio (mass ratio) is recommended 5/1, and can be used as adhesives, potting compound coating. Its main features: Good toughness; High peel strength, Shear strength is high; no foam.
2.Application field
Recommended for aluminum honeycomb panel, sandwich plate (trucks, containers, etc.), refrigerator car composite panels, foaming materials, such as wood, metal bonding.

4.Packing specification
A: Wide mouth, plastic drum, 25 kg/barrel or 1.25 T/barrel
B: Small mouth, iron drum, 5 kg/barrel or 250 kg/barrel
5. Storage
Storage temperature is 5~30 ℃, ventilated, dry, cool, airtight, avoid light place to store.
6.Shelf life
12 months
7. Matters needing attention
Hardener B can easily react with water, seal it immediately after finished with .
Component A may layer for A long time rest, stir well before use.
Please read MSDS carefully before using the product.
Pay attention to the protection when using, avoid direct contact with the skin, gloves should be worn.
If contact with the skin or into the eyes, please clean with clear water immediately for 15 minutes or more, please go to a doctor if necessary.
